Ordering and shipping

Who can buy from TressVita?

Verified research organizations with an approved business account: laboratories, universities, biotech and pharmaceutical R&D teams, contract research organizations and other research businesses. We verify the business (EIN, address and research area), the contact’s ID and age (21+) through a Stripe ID check, and research use on a short call. Products are not for human or veterinary use. Where do you ship, and how fast?

We ship to U.S. addresses only, from South Florida, within one business day of payment (serving Miami and South Florida). Business accounts get free 3-day shipping. Details are on our shipping page.

Can I return an order?

All sales are final. If an item arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or doesn’t match the certificate of analysis for its lot, we replace it at no cost. See returns.

How do I pay?

Checkout is handled by Stripe, so we never receive your card number. Approved business accounts pay by card or ACH bank transfer on the website, or we email them an itemized invoice or a secure payment link. Bank transfers take a few business days to clear; the order ships once they do.

Do you work with universities and labs?

Yes. Once your business account is approved, we send formal quotes and Stripe invoices, and ship once an invoice is paid. A W-9 is available on request. See ordering for labs.

Quality and certificates

How is each lot tested?

Every lot is tested before release. Identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry against the expected molecular weight, and purity is determined by reversed-phase HPLC. Water content, acetate content and endotoxin are reported where the method applies.

How do I get the certificate for my vial?

Enter the lot number printed on the vial in our COA lookup. Our guide explains how to read a certificate. Members can also open the certificate for each lot they received from their account, and anyone can ask us for one before buying.

What is a UNII?

A Unique Ingredient Identifier, the code the FDA’s Global Substance Registration System assigns to a substance. Our product pages list it where one exists, so you can check a material’s identity against a public registry. See how to verify a compound’s identity.

Business accounts

What does a business account cost?

$29 a month or $290 a year. It includes free 3-day shipping and your lots’ certificates in your account. See business accounts.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, the first time you join: 30 days, or 60 days when a member invites you. Cancel before the trial ends and you aren’t charged.

How do I cancel?

Any time, from your account. Your perks continue until the end of the period you paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Research use

Can you advise on how to use a product?

No. We supply materials for laboratory research only and don’t give dosing advice, protocols for human use or medical guidance. We can answer questions about identity, documentation, storage and orders.

How should vials be stored?

Keep sealed, lyophilized vials refrigerated and away from light and moisture. Full guidance is on our handling & storage page.
