Documentation first

A closer look.
A clearer decision.

Good research begins with the right questions. Ask about the active lot, review the available analytical records, and confirm the details before proceeding.

01

Start with the lot.

Request the certificate of analysis for the specific lot under consideration.

02

Look beyond the label.

Review identity, purity, and the analytical methods reported in that lot’s documentation.

A considered process

Your research.
Our attention.

No payment is collected on this site. Build one inquiry across the catalog, then our team will review research-use eligibility and current availability before any next step.

  1. Build your inquiry

Add the research materials and quantities you want to discuss, then submit one consolidated request.

  2. We review the details

Our team checks research-use eligibility and current availability, then follows up using your preferred contact method.

  3. Confirm privately

If accepted, receive a private confirmation and, where applicable, a separate secure invoicing link.

Research reagents supplied as lyophilised powder in sealed amber vials. All items are for laboratory use only and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices.

Details before decisions. Open any vial for product information, or ask our team about lot documentation.

Substance reference.

Physicochemical and handling data for the compounds in our catalog, with FDA Substance Registration System identifiers. Reconstitution figures describe preparing solutions for laboratory work.

A UNII is the FDA's unique identifier for a chemical substance in its Substance Registration System. It confirms that a substance is registered and uniquely identified — it is not a marketing authorisation, an approval, or any indication that a substance has been evaluated for safety or efficacy. Substances without a UNII are simply not registered; that carries no further meaning either way.
Care and preparation

Handling & storage.

Storage

Lyophilised: stable at ambient temperature for short transit; refrigerate at 4 °C for up to twelve months, or store at −20 °C for longer holds.

In solution: refrigerate at 4 °C. Do not freeze reconstituted material — freeze–thaw cycling degrades peptides. Protect all vials from light and moisture.

Reconstitution
  1. Use bacteriostatic water for injection as diluent.
  2. Vent the vial with ~1 mL of air to relieve negative pressure.
  3. Introduce diluent slowly down the vial wall to limit foaming.
  4. Allow the solid to dissolve undisturbed. Do not shake — agitation denatures peptides.
  5. Record the reconstitution date on the vial.

Some peptides normally present as cloudy, viscous, or gelled once in solution. Roll gently to redisperse; discard on particulates, discoloration, or odour.

Reading the tables

Each substance entry lists vial mass, diluent volume, target quantity, the corresponding graduation on a U-100 syringe (100 units = 1 mL), and approximate aliquots per vial.

Unit values are rounded to practical graduations and may differ from exact calculation by one or two units.

Change the diluent volume and every unit figure changes with it. Confirm vial strength and fill volume against the label before drawing.

Quality documentation

Testing you can trace.

Every lot is assayed before release. Identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry against the expected molecular weight; purity is determined by reversed-phase HPLC with UV detection. Water content, acetate content, and endotoxin are reported where the method applies.

Certificates of analysis are keyed to the lot number printed on each vial and are available on request before or after purchase. If a lot's COA does not match what you received, contact us and we will replace it.
